These guys are VERY hard to get ahold of. I have a female, looks like Ill be looking to a hamm show to get a male for her, because there just arnt any available in the US right now. There are a few breeders working with Orientalis now, but most of the time the offspring are spoken before, before they are even hatched.

i know its incredibly hard to find them.... if you end up placing an order for some let me know and maybe we can split the fees....or if that doesn't work for you thats cool. ...possibly point me in the right direction...

No problem on the reply. I know that Steve Sykes offers bringing in geckos from the hamm show for $75 a gecko, max of a $500 charge. He did tell me there are a few risks involved though(canceled flights, customs problems, etc). If something goes wrong, your out the cost of the gecko. There were also a few others who expressed interest in getting an order together, I would be willing to help organize it if we get enough people interested. Only problem being that Steve will not be attending the June show, and is not sure if he will be traveling to Sept show or not. He did say though that if he doesnt make the Sept show, he will make the Dec show for sure.

Ok sounds good. So far that makes 3 of us who recently stated we would be interested. There were also others in the past who I will contact to see if they are still interested. I will start poking around to find trustworthy European cave gecko breeders. Ill also keep my eyes open for other importers in case we are able to get things lined up before Steve makes it back to Hamm.
